SATU CUNNINGHAM

Satu is a singer and songwriter. She has performed in many concerts and events also while living in England. Satu writes and sings melodic rock music, and has also combined nuances from classical opera in her newer material. Her songs are full of feelings and energy. The new material is full of new emotions and colours, and the newer material also comes with more opinionated songs.

Satu has been recently inspired by also studying classical opera. This has also influenced writing melodic rock. The new material is unheard of.​

Satu wrote her first song at the age of 9, but her enthusiasm for writing melodies and lyrics really ignited at the age of 14. She has had several bands where she has been the lead singer and songwriter. At the age of 22, she moved to London, England, where she lived almost 10 years. During that time, she wrote new material and performed in clubs with her band under the artist name Cody Jo. After this Satu did competitive dancing with her husband Shaun. She spent more than 7 years in competitive dancing, and dancing has always remained close to her heart. ​

After this, Satu became interested in classical opera. "I needed a new challenge, and I thought about what I could do in the field of music that would be challenging in a whole new way. So I started to study classical singing and opera, and I'm still on that path." Satu also loves musical and film music, so the spectrum of music is wide.

However, her own melodic rock has by no means been forgotten, but new material has been created from 2023 onwards. This is still unpublished. So something completely new is coming.
